Ingredients
_For the Marinade:_

5. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
6. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
7. Salt, to taste

Instructions
1. _Marinate Chicken:_
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken; mix well.
3. Cover; refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.

1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Remove chicken from marinade; cook until browned and cooked through (6-8 minutes).

1. Add cooked chicken to Malai Sauce; mix well.
2. Simmer 2-3 minutes or until chicken coated in sauce.
3. Garnish with cilantro.
4. Serve with naan, parhata, or roti.
