Chicken Zinger Burger 


Ingredients:


_For the Chicken Fillet:_


1. _Boneless Chicken Thigh fillet_: 1 pound

2. _Breadcrumbs_: 1 cup

3. _All-purpose Flour_: 1 cup

4. _Egg_: 1

5. _Garlic_: 1 clove, minced

6. _Salt_: to taste

7. _Black Pepper_: to taste

8. _Paprika_: 1/4 teaspoon


_For the Breading:_


1. _All-purpose Flour_: 1 cup

2. _Cornstarch_: 1/2 cup

3. _Breadcrumbs_: 1 cup

4. _Egg_: 1, beaten


_For the Zinger Sauce:_


1. _Mayonnaise_: 1/2 cup

2. _Ketchup_: 1/4 cup

3. _Mustard_: 1 teaspoon

4. _Vinegar_: 1 tablespoon

5. _Salt_: to taste

6. _Black Pepper_: to taste


_For the Assembly:_


1. _Buns_: 4

2. _Lettuce_: 4 leaves

3. _Tomato_: 2 slices

4. _Cheese_: 2 slices (optional)



Instructions:


1. _Prepare the chicken _: In a bowl, mix together chicken thigh fillet, breadcrumbs, flour, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika.


2. _Prepare the breading_: In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, and breadcrumbs.

3. _Dip the patty in the beaten egg and then coat in the breading mixture_: Press the breading mixture gently onto the fillet to ensure it adheres.

5. _Deep-fry the patty_: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the fillet until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per side.

6. _Prepare the Zinger Sauce_: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

7. _Assemble the burger_: Spread a layer of Zinger Sauce on the bottom bun. Add a crispy chicken patty, followed by lettuce, tomato, cheese. Top with the top bun.

8. Serve with fries.


Tips:

- Don't overcrowd the pan while deep-frying, as this can lower the oil temperature and result in greasy or undercooked patties.
