Cheese Omelette

 Here's a simple recipe for a delicious

Cheese Omelette:

Ingredients:

1. _Eggs_: 2

2. _Butter_: 1 tablespoon

3. _Cheese_: 1/4 cup, shredded (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or your preferred cheese)

4. _Salt_: to taste

5. _Black Pepper_: to taste

6. _Chopped Fresh Herbs_: optional (corriander leaves, Parsley)

Instructions:

1. _Crack the eggs_: Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and pepper until the whites and yolks are fully incorporated.

2. _Heat the butter_: Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter has melted and started to foam, tilt the pan to ensure the surface is evenly coated.

3. _Pour in the eggs_: Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for about 30 seconds.

4. _Tilt and fold_: Use a spatula to gently tilt the pan and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center. This helps the uncooked egg flow to the edges and cook evenly.

5. _Add the cheese_: Once the eggs are almost set, add the shredded cheese to one half of the omelette.

6. _Fold the omelette_: Use the spatula to fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese to create a half-moon shape.

7. _Cook for another minute_: Cook for another minute, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

8. _Slide onto a plate_: Use the spatula to carefully slide the cheese omelette onto a plate and serve hot.

Tips:

- Use room temperature eggs for a fluffier omelette.

- Don't overfill the omelette with cheese, as it can make it difficult to fold and can result in a messy omelette.
